Chappelle Potato Picking - Pick your own potatoes is scheduled to take place on Sunday, September 21st at the field in Williamstown (signs are always put up to direct you from the main road). You literally walk behind the digger (bring your own buckets or burlap bags) and pick the potatoes you want and are charged by the pound (guestimate is 25 cents per pound). If you can't make it there yourself and would like to purchase some wonderful fresh potatoes from a local farmer, our daughter Minda will be selling these potatoes as a fundraiser for her trip to D.C. $6 for $10+ pounds.
